Returns and Refunds

If any products supplied by The Creative Gift Company should be defective or different from those ordered from the Bears By Mail web shop will provide an immediate full refund on return of the item(s)*.

Goods exchanged or replaced for reasons other than complaint will be subject to our postage and packing charges (at cost) as stated by Royal Mail. We will not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning non-defective goods.

UK return policy

If you return a product for any other reason within 10 days a full refund will be given minus our postage and packing charge. All returned non-defective goods must be in stock condition and in the original packaging.

In the circumstance where we try to deliver your gift but an incorrect delivery address has been entered on your order, we will contact you and offer you the option to have your gift re-delivered, subject to a further postage and packing charge as stated on the web shop. However, if you decide to cancel your order, we will refund your total payment excluding delivery charge.

International Delivery Refund Policy

In the unlikely event of your order being lost en route or If your item is not delivered within the specified time, please allow up to 28 days after posting before you consider it lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or in the process of being returned to sender if it could not be delivered for any reason.
