Delivery

Bear Delivery UK and Worldwide 


UK Delivery options:

Standard Delivery - £3.95

Delivery time approx up to 5 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed and despatched until following working day.

Special Next Day Delivery - £7.95

Delivery time - Next working day before 1pm. Orders must be placed before 1.30pm the previous working day.

Premium Saturday Delivery - £11.95

Guaranteed delivery on Saturday.

Orders despatched Mon-Friday only.


Helium Balloon Delivery:

All Helium Balloon Gifts are dispatched via a next day delivery service to ensure you balloon arrives in top condition. However, please note that If selecting our standard delivery option (priced at £3.95) you must allow an additional processing time of 2-3 business days.

If selecting our Special Next Day delivery service (priced at £6.95) your order will be delivered on a priority Next Working Day Delivery basis. For guaranteed Next Day Delivery, please ensure you place your order before 1.30 pm.

Deliveries are made on normal working days, Monday-Friday. There are no deliveries on Sundays, bank holidays and national holidays. Next day orders palced on a Friday are 95% likely to be delivered on Saturday, but are guaranteed for Monday.

Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses.

Our aim is to deliver your gift in the best possible condition and therefore despatch all our bears using Royal Mail postal service.

All Bear gift deliveries have to be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one in to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left to inform the recipient how they can arrange a suitable date for re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange a suitable date for re-delivery. We accept no liability if the non-delivery is made due to the recipient not being available. We therefore recommend sending your gift to a work address if appropriate.

*Should there be any unforeseen delays we will make best efforts to notify customers in good time if these times cannot be met.

International Deliveries:

Europe - £15 (5-7 business days from despatch date)

U.S.A & Rest Of World - £18 - £20 (7-10 business days from despatch date) 

International Customs and duty charges

We offer our gifts to worldwide destinations although local restrictions may apply. We regret that we cannot affect the actions of local customs and cannot accept any liability if you order is delayed or damaged due to third parties. By placing your order you accept that local customs and duty charges may also apply.


Any damaged, faulty or missing goods at the time of delivery must be notified to customer services (by phone, email or fax) within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no liability will be accepted.
