How do I place an order?

 

  • The Creative Gift Company shopping cart technology uses 'cookies' to keep track of the product(s) you select. You must enable your browser to accept cookies before you can place an order online.

  • To buy online, you'll need to register with the creative gift company beforehand. You will be asked to register your details at the checkout.

  • Select the items you want to buy and click 'add to cart'. (You may need to select options on some products if applicable).

  • To see all your purchases together or when you have all the items you want, click 'view cart'. You can remove items by clicking on the 'remove' cross box, next to the item and then click 'update cart'. Once everything in your basket is correct, click 'go to checkout'.

  • Next select your preferred delivery option and enter any special discount codes if applicable. Then click 'Continue'.

  • You will then be asked to enter your gift card message.

  • The order is still not placed at this point. You now have the opportunity to review your order before it is placed. Please note, once an order is placed, it is not possible to change any of the details. Therefore, before you click 'place order' remember to check you have all the items you want. If you have chosen a personalised item the message/spelling is correct. If you're not happy with some details, you can click 'Edit details' at the bottom of the page and make your amendments.
